For patients interested in payment plans we offer Care Credit. Patients can apply for Care Credit in our office or visit www.carecredit.com. (5% cash adjustment does not apply to credit cards or Care Credit)
Dr. Hisel and Dr. Hoidal are preferred providers for most major insurance carriers. As a service to our patients we send insurance claims directly from our office on the day of treatment. Any amount estimated not covered by insurance is due at time of treatment.
For our patients without dental insurance we encourage payment by cash or check by offering a 5% cash adjustment when payment is made in full at treatment time.
We also offer an in-office Patient Loyalty Program (PLP) for discounts. Please contact our office for more information.
